OMEGA 3 & 6

The combination of two essential oils of evening primrose oil and borage plus the oil of fatty fish guarantees the ideal supply of omega 3 and 6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (2 capsules per day).
Evening primrose and borage oil are an excellent source of omega 6 that contains linolenic acid. Both are the produce of organic farming.

Fish oil is an excellent source of omega 3 with EPA and DHA that have a beneficial effect on :

• The heart and the cardiovascular system
  Omega 3 (EPA and DHA) are important for cardiovascular health: they help maintain the heart and blood vessels in good health.
• The brain and memory
  Fish oils help boost memory and to preserve mental strength and vitality.

328 mg cold squeezed virgin oil of onager* (Oenothera biennis L.) containing 29.5 mg of ?-linoleric acid, 328 mg cold squeezed virgin oil of borage* (Borago officinalis L.) containing 131 mg ?-linoleric acid, 656 mg fish oil containing 59 mg EPA and 39 mg DHA. Antioxidant?: D-alpha-tocopherol (source of vitamin E) 83.35% RDI.
Allergens: contains substances derived from fish.
